Welcome to SouthWest Solidarity Network (SwSN)
SouthWest Solidarity Network (SwSN) is an alliance of values-aligned organizations, autonomous collectives, and individuals committed to dismantling systems of oppression and building a future rooted in justice, healing, and transformation. Working across movements for abolition, youth empowerment, anti-racism, Pan-Africanism, Indigenous and Black sovereignty, and 2SLGBTQ+ liberation, SwSN disrupts cycles of violence, colonialism, and systemic neglect.

Operating on Unceded Tiwa Lands (Albuquerque, NM), SwSN bridges grassroots organizing and policy advocacy, ensuring that sustainable change centers those most impacted by injustice. Through our work, we create pathways where care, solidarity, and sovereignty replace punishment and exclusion.
Our coalition includes three formal organizations—Fight For Our Lives, Millions for Prisoners NM, and Save the Kids NM—as well as three autonomous collectives: Albuquerque Mutual Aid, Ducklings Against Genocide, and the Rev2Spirit Collective. Together, we connect local struggles with global movements, ensuring that liberation requires action across identities, borders, and systems.

About Our Alliance

SwSN’s work operates at the intersections of abolition, anti-imperialism, youth empowerment, and Indigenous and Black sovereignty. We unite both structured organizations and grassroots collectives, creating space for flexible, community-driven change. Fight For Our Lives (FFOL), Millions for Prisoners NM, and Save the Kids NM focus on youth organizing and policy reform, while Albuquerque Mutual Aid, Ducklings Against Genocide, and the Rev2Spirit Collective engage in direct action, community care, and resistance outside of traditional frameworks. This approach allows us to address systemic challenges from multiple angles while remaining deeply connected to the needs of the communities we serve.

Our work prioritizes Black and Indigenous leadership, Pan-Africanism, and 2SLGBTQ+ inclusion, ensuring that our coalition reflects the identities and voices most marginalized in society. We know that liberation is collective, and each member’s contributions—whether through policy advocacy or mutual aid—are essential to building a future of justice, healing, and transformation.
