Millions for Prisoners NM (MFP) is dedicated to abolishing the prison-industrial complex and creating transformative justice models. MFP highlights the ways incarceration disproportionately impacts Black, Indigenous, and Latinx communities, perpetuating cycles of poverty and exclusion. Through advocacy, education, and direct action, MFP promotes community-based alternatives to incarceration, including mental health care, housing, and education.

This victory marked a significant step in challenging the disenfranchisement of marginalized communities and reaffirmed MFP’s belief that civic participation is essential to community reintegration. Today, MFP continues to fight against administrative barriers that restrict voting access, ensuring that policy victories lead to real, meaningful change
